It is best to keep all programs updated as much as possble, watch your browsing habbits, don't click on advertisements , pop-ups, banners, and be careful what emails and links you open up on facebook and email sites. Try to avoid LIMEWIRE and programs like it, they used to be good, but now there are more fake files than real, and you are most likely going to open a virus from this as well.
